About Brad

Based in Brisbane, Brad has more than 20 years of experience in a range of public sector leadership roles, including senior management and executive positions. His key areas of interest are leading and mobilising teams; communication, collaboration and creating connected teams; strategic employee relations and mediation.

Brad has implemented comprehensive corporate governance and communication frameworks to support some of the most significant reforms and projects the State has seen. He has coached executives to steer teams to achieve exceptional results across all corporate performance measures — including finance, workforce, performance reporting and executive support.
